The Challenge
A brand new house with nothing in place but sod and gravel.
The Homeowners were looking to create a welcoming entrance with an easy transition to the front door.
They wanted to dress up the existing concrete porch and blend it with the rest of the composition.
Overall appearance needs to convey a semi formal look blending in with the community.
The Solution
The approach to the front door was integrated with the planter walls so it all flows as one.
The existing concrete on the porch was covered with pavers including a vertical skirting.
Driveway flows into the steps and is dressed up with banding. The overall composition is kept subtle with the monochromatic approach.
