The Challenge
A beautiful, historic Limestone home located on a site with overgrown plantings, poor drainage and hard surfaces in need of renovation.
The Solution
Initial overhaul of the site included pruning back, and removal of overgrown vegetation and the installation of a subsurface drainage system.
Paths and the parking area were rebuilt with careful selection of materials to remain sensitive to the historical context of the home.
Many other features were added including an outdoor kitchen island, and calming waterfall and lush plantings and tasteful lighting.
